For those who’ve been following Neurodiversity blogger Kathleen Seidel’s case when a lawyer tried to intimidate her into silence for writing blogs on the science countering vaccination fears: Since we last left the soap opera...

Kathleen just posted the sanction orders issued against the lawyer by Magistrate Judge James R. Muirhead of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Judge Muirhead opened with a summary of the underlying case and the lawyer who has made his career on lawsuits claiming neurodevelopmental disorders from mercury exposure in utero and now that autism is caused by mercury in vaccines. The judge wrote of misuse of subpoena power that inflicts harm and compromises the integrity of the court.

Concerning the lawyer's claims against Kathleen, the judge said the lawyer “has not offered a shred of evidence to support his speculations.” A lawyer should not use the law “to harass or intimidate others...”
